For just $59.99 per month you will have access to an extensive library of channels, including top-tier channels and a large selection of movies on demand. No extra costs, no contracts.

How do I receive the app to put on my device?

Once you sign up for service, you will receive an email with instructions on how to setup the app onto your device. Typically, you will receive the email within minutes of your order but due to volume, it may take up to 24 hours.

Will the CUE app work on my SMART TV?

No. The CUE app is not compatible with Smart TVs. You will need a streaming device like a Firestick or Google Chromecast. You can find a list of approved devices on the set up page.

Where can I watch?

Watch CUE on up to five devices simultaneously which include smartphones, tablets or streaming devices, all for one fixed monthly fee. Watch anywhere, anytime. Sign in with your CUE account to watch instantly on any internet-connected device that offers the CUE app, including smartphones, tablets and streaming media players.

What channels does CUE offer?

CUE offers thousands of live TV channels. We include top-tier and pay-per-view channels at no additional cost. We also have thousands of movies and TV series on demand. When can improvements to CUE be expected?

Our engineers have been working diligently behind the scenes and not only will we be releasing new software but we will also be switching to our revamped, more powerful and stable network by the end of September.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Simply, NO! CUE is a month to month service and you can drop the service at any time. You will be billed monthly and it is a prepaid service so once you pay, your service will start once you download the app to your device.

How do I cancel?

CUE is completely flexible. There are no contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online or give us a call. There are no cancellation fees. You can start or stop your account anytime.
