How to Install 
on Firesticks
  1. On the main screen of your Firestick go to the settings and click on My Fire TV. 
  2. If developer options aren't visible select About and highlight the first option and press the select button seven times. This will enable developer options. 
  3. Go back to the main screen or press the home button on your remote and click the search option, and type in Downloader in the search area or press the mic button on your remote and say Downloader. 
  4. Open or Install Downloader. It will be an orange Icon with an arrow that says Downloader on it, download that app. 
  5. Open Downloader – When prompted select “Allow” to allow the app to access photos, media and files on your device. 
  6. In the Downloader search bar at the top of the screen type: getfile.tv/cueplayer and click GO. 
  7. When the security screen pops up click Settings. This will direct you to the Developer Options. 
  8. Select Install Unknown apps and make sure Downloader is turned ON. 
  9. Press the back button to return to the Downloader app. 
  10. Click Install. Then click install again that appears in the lower right corner. 
  11. Once the app is installed click Open.
  12. Click Add Playlist. 
  13. Select Xstream Codes. 
  14. Enter Server Code: 001 and click Next. 
  15. Enter your Username (case sensitive) and click Next. 
  16. Enter Password (case sensitive) and click Next.
  17. Double check your credentials and make sure VOD box is checked.
  18. On the following screen enter the playlist name: CUE.
  19. Click Ok. Programming may take a few moments to load. Your service in now ready to enjoy. Happy streaming.
How to uninstall and reinstall
CUE App on a Firestick:
  1. Go to your Firestick settings.
  2. Select Applications and go to manage installed applications.
  3. Scroll down to find the CUE app and press the play/pause button to uninstall and click confirm.
  4. Go back to the home screen then open the applications panel (three squares and the + sign) and open Downloader.
  5. Since the CUE file has already been downloaded to your Firestick go to Files on the left. (*Note: If the CUE app isn’t in the stored files, go to the Downloader Home screen and enter getfile.tv/cueplayer in the search bar to download the CUE apk file.
  6. In the Files highlight the CUE apk file and press the select button.
  7. Click install in the lower right corner.
  8. Once the app is installed click Open.
  9. Click Add playlist.
  10. Select Xtream Codes.
  11. Enter 001 for the server code and click Next.
  12. Then enter your username and password. (Both are case sensitive)
  13. Make sure include VOD is checked.
  14. Click Next.
  15. It will take a few moments to process then enter CUE for the playlist.
  16. Click Done. You are all set!
